A slight variation to the traditional chocolate chip cookies, as we used gluten-free flour.  This mouthwatering recipe is too good to not share. These chewy heavenly bites will leave you hooked and craving for more. Consider yourself warned.


  1. 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  2. 2 1/4 cups gluten free flour
  3. 3/4 cup brown sugar
  4. 1 cup butter (softened)
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 1 tsp baking powder
  8. 1 tsp baking soda
  9. 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Preheat the oven: 350°F/ 180°C
  2. In a large bowl add the butter and sugar. Beat with an electric mixer
  3.  While still beating with the mixer, slowly add each egg until combined. Add the vanilla extract
  4. In a different bowl combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder and baking soda
  5. Mix the dry ingredients well and then add them to the bowl with the  liquid ingredients (butter/sugar/eggs)
  6. Beat until well combined (have the mixer on low speed)
  7. Add the chocolate chips
  8. On a baking sheet, place the cookie dough (1.5 tablespoon) and press the dough gently with your fingers. Leave 2″ space between each cookie
  9. Bake for 13-14 minutes. Let cookies cool before eating
