This is our go-to tea recipe here at MOMPSY whenever someone is feeling under the weather. It can’t get any simpler. With merely four ingredients this immune-boosting remedy will make your day.


  1. 1/2 cup goji-berries
  2. 1.5 cups boiling water
  3. 1 tsp honey
  4. 1 tsp turmeric
  5. 1/2 lemon


  1. Pour the boiled water inside a mug and add the berries
  2. Let it sit for 8 minutes
  3. Pour the mixture in the blender and add honey and turmeric. Blend until smooth
  4. Serve and enjoy!

*The tea can be served both as a hot beverage or cold. Refrigerate it for a refreshing iced version!
