This is our go-to tea recipe here at MOMPSY whenever someone is feeling under the weather. It can’t get any simpler. With merely four ingredients this immune-boosting remedy will make your day.
- 1/2 cup goji-berries
- 1.5 cups boiling water
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 lemon
- Pour the boiled water inside a mug and add the berries
- Let it sit for 8 minutes
- Pour the mixture in the blender and add honey and turmeric. Blend until smooth
- Serve and enjoy!
*The tea can be served both as a hot beverage or cold. Refrigerate it for a refreshing iced version!
